Order Deadlines for Holiday Delivery

Please order before the following dates: 

• Sweden: Delivery to mailbox/door, December 18, 11:59 p.m. CET.
• Sweden: Express delivery to mailbox/door, December 19, 1:00 PM CET.

• Europa, Storbritannien och Norge: Standardfrakt, 15 december, 23:59 CET.
• Europa, Storbritannien och Norge: Expressfrakt, 18 december, 23:59 CET.
• Rest of the world: Standard Shipping, 15th of December 4 PM CET.

If the product you've ordered is out of stock or you're requesting a delivery to a remote location, delivery times can take longer. We ship with PostNord, UPS & Asendia. Please contact our customer service here if you have an inquiry about the status of your order. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers.

Delivery charges

Goods are shipped from Sweden. Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These fees are levied once your package reaches your country. Gotapster.com ships packages according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. The customer is responsible for any returned items back to Tapster HQ.
